The state of Tennessee has announced that they are changing many of the Workers' Compensation forms for Employers in that they will no longer be filed with the state, but rather filed directly with the carrier. Many carriers do not even know about this yet so you may have some issues there, but you will also have to file a new form with the carrier each time you change Workers' Compensation carriers since they are sent to that carrier only. You may want to keep your original and send a copy to the carrier so that you dont have to get a new one notarized each time, but we will see how this plays out over the next few years.
